What remains for you

What do *you* take away from the story?

The case is solved, but the main question remains: What sticks with you? Who do you identify with most—Lena, Jonas, or Mia—and above all, WHY? Do themes like those in “Frost & Flamme” occur in your own life?

The case has been solved.

Lena has documented a confession, Jonas has acknowledged his responsibility, and Mia has told the truth despite her fear.

But the most exciting question now is:

What sticks with you?

Perhaps you would like to take a moment today—in peace and quiet—to think about these questions:

1. Who did you identify with most?

With Lena, who is torn between instinct and pressure to perform?
With Jonas, who realizes too late how far he has gone?
Or with Mia, who wonders whether her voice will make any difference at all?

2. Where do you recognize “Frost & Flamme” in your own life?

Situations where everything looks perfect on the outside, but something isn't right on the inside?

3. When have you kept quiet even though you saw something?

And when were you perhaps glad that someone else had the courage to say what everyone was feeling?

You may want to make a few notes about this—not for us, but just for yourself.

If you like, you are welcome to write to me about which character touched you the most or what thoughts you took away from this Advent thriller.
